Stellar Design was established in 1996 for the sole purpose of bringing quality and functionality to the business web.  For the last four years the emphasis has always been, “customer service first”!  Our staff is not only highly trained in the technical disciplines of web development and promotion, but also in customer relations and communications.  When you call our office (during normal business hours) you will always be greeted by a “live” person!  You will not get a cold, recorded message that will then confuse you with a “menu maze”.  That person will always be happy to serve you with your particular needs in mind.
